Carl-Erik Michalsen Moberg
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Carl-Erik Michalsen Moberg has worked with events since he was sixteen, and started his first entrepreneurial journey when he was nineteen renting cruise ships and filling them up from Norway to Denmark and the UK. With a background from the Norwegian Business School and seven years as a Marketing Director for one of the largest restaurant groups in Norway he founded TicketCo together with former CEO Kåre Bottolfsen in 2012. After almost ten years as the company’s CSO, with responsibility for the sales team as well as overseeing the overall growth activities in the company, Carl-Erik took over as TicketCo’s CEO at the start of 2022.
Chief Communication Officer (CCO)
Tom Rasmussen has his background from the Norwegian arts- and entertainment industry, where he worked as an artist manager, concert promoter and theatre producer for 15 years before accepting the offer as head of programme for Norway’s official 100 years anniversary in 2005. After this engagement he spent some years as a publisher and publishing editor before deciding to put his accumulated skills on the market as a public relations advisor in 2010 – whereafter TicketCo entered his portfolio in 2013. Parallel to this rather mixed-up career he has published four novels and been a newspaper columnist. He was also a musician for 15 years starting in 1983. He joined TicketCo full time in 2019.
Vice President of Greenfield Sales
David Kenny started his professional career in the event industry in 1999, founding and managing Gorilla UK Ltd which he led for four years. He then founded and was the director of Gorilla Events Ltd for five years before working as a freelance Event Organiser, Event Marketing Consultant and Entrepreneur through Hobo Events for four years - parallel to owning and operating Moog, a live music, bar and kitchen venue. Between 2010 and 2013 David was Business Development Manager at Peppermint Events Ltd, with the operation and development of multiple live events across the UK. He was then Director at Event by Event Ltd for two years, followed by the position as Events Director at Freeman Event Partners for almost four years before joining TicketCo in 2018.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
With a BA in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master in International Business from Leeds Beckett University as stepping stones, Cathrine Golf started her professional career within marketing as Microsoft Partner Network Program Manager at Microsoft in 2013. She progressed to Sr. Partner Channel Marketing Manager before she took the position as Head of Marketing - Nordics at Techstep ASA in 2017, a position she held until she joined TicketCo at the start of 2022. She is also Founder and Board Member of TechMarketing Norge, a network organisation for marketers engaged in B2B marketing with complex sales processes and technology.
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Mateusz Drachal has an extensive experience from the event industry. He was Project Manager for one of the largest ticketing companies in Poland before he was appointed head of operations of the Polish branch of CTS Eventim. Today Mateusz is overseeing the Customer Success Department in TicketCo to make sure the ever growing customer base has a great TicketCo experience. He joined TicketCo as Customer Success Agent in 2016.
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Odd Haaskjold has a background from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has worked with startups and scaleups in his whole professional career. With more than 20 years of experience in the field he has been part of Accenture, building up Skandiabanken bank as well as It’s learning before it was acquired by EQT ventures in 2013. He joined TicketCo in 2017.
Dag Frode Algerøy
Vice President Sales Europe
Dag Frode Algerøy started his professional career in the media industry as Head of Circulation at Bergensavisen in 2001, before entering the football industry as Head of Private Sales at SK Brann in 2009 - a position he held for almost eight years. In 2016 he was recruited as TicketCo's first Country Manager, and he has had a strong impact on building TicketCo's leading position within the Norwegian football industry. Dag is educated in direct marketing and market communication from BI Norwegian Business School. He joined TicketCo in 2016.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Kjetil Sørtun has more than 25 years of experience from the technology industry, primarily within the financial sector. Before he joined TicketCo, he was Head of Enterprise Architecture and Head of Banking Services at Sparebanken Vest between 2018 and 2021. Prior to this he has been both a Consultant at TietoEnator, College Lecturer and Assistant Professor II at NITH, CTO at Delfidata, CTO at Odin Systemer and Senior Manager at KPMG Norway. He joined TicketCo by the end of 2021.
